Personalized Items Policy

All Blu Crescent Engraving pieces are custom-engraved to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your board arrives with a structural defect, transit damage, or an engraving error on our part (not typos in submitted text), we will issue a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Replacements for Production Mistakes & Damage

If there is a problem concerning your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a replacement:

1. Email a clear picture of the item (and its original packaging if it arrived damaged) to info@blucrescentengraving.com.

2. Include your order number and state what changes or corrections are needed.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: You do not need to mail the physical item back to us. No physical return is required.

- Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free)

- Restocking Fees: $0.00 (None)

- Replacement Cost: A new item will be engraved and shipped to you entirely at our expense.
