CARE & MAINTENANCE
Proper care helps an engraved wood piece preserve its natural finish and engraved details. If you use your piece to serve or prepare food, wash it gently by hand with warm water and mild dish soap. Do not soak or submerge it, and do not place it in the dishwasher. Dry the wood promptly after washing.
Use only food-safe mineral oil to care for your piece. Do not use olive oil, vegetable oil, or other cooking oils, as they can become rancid over time and damage the wood.
Apply mineral oil every few weeks, depending on how often your piece is used, or whenever the wood begins to look dry.
We include a care & maintenance card with every order to help you keep your piece looking beautiful for years to come!
Shipping & Returns
Blu Crescent Engraving ships to all 50 US states and provides free economy shipping on every item. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Each order requires at least three days of processing before shipment, and orders of five or more items require more time. Expedited shipping does not shorten that processing time. We do not currently accept international orders.
All purchases are final and nonrefundable, so please proofread every name and date before submitting a personalized order. Check the spelling and every number in the date because we engrave the text exactly as you enter it. Customer-submitted errors are not eligible for a refund or free replacement.
If we make an engraving error, please email a photo and your order number to info@blucrescentengraving.com. We will send a corrected replacement at no extra cost. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us with photos and your order number within seven days of delivery.
